We fulfill shirt & apparel orders through Printful, which has a US-based flat rate shipping fee of $3.99 per shirt / hat / tote plus $2 for each additional item. International pricing may vary, and is noted during checkout. Once your order is produced, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, but please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom-printed nature of our items, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size or change of mind. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within a week of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we'll resolve the issue for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please refer to our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Although rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
