Shipping Info

Last guaranteed delivery date for Christmas Eve is December 11th! After which, we will still do our best to ensure your items reach you as soon as possible!

Please note WRAPPING PAPER is experiencing extended delivery times of 2-5 days due to extremely high demand and may not arrive by Christmas Eve.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout. Shipping is FREE on orders over $150! (Free shipping is available in the US, Canada and UK only - international rates are calculated during checkout).

How long does shipping take?

All apparel and accessory orders are made on demand at one of our warehouses. Once your order is placed, delivery is currently estimated to fall within 4-10 business days, though this is only an estimate—we do our best to fulfill and ship as soon as possible from the quickest warehouse!

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 day returns, provided the item is unworn and in good condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping & restocking cost ($7.49) which will be deducted from the refund.

Customers outside the US are responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouses in the US, UK or Latvia at their own cost, and will receive a full refund.

When will I get my order?

We cannot guarantee delivery estimates as it depends on the products, capacity at each warehouse, and courier carriage time, but it is estimated that orders will be delivered 4-8 business days after an order is placed. Please note this does not include weekends in calculating delivery estimates.

As apparel & accessories are made on demand, it takes anywhere from 2-5 business days to first produce, pack, and fulfill your order, after which it’s shipped out.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows, and dependent on your location:

● USA: 2–8 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress!

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items - as mistakes do happen! If any of these apply, please contact us within a week of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we'll resolve the issue for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we can't do exchanges, but can offer you to return the unworn item and you may order an additional size, however customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and for the re-order. Please just contact us to do so by replying to any email or submitting and inquiry via our contact form.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please refer to our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Although rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
