Apparel Returns / Exchanges Policy

Returns 

We offer 30 day returns, provided the item is unworn and in good condition. If a return is approved, you will be sent a label - customer is responsible for return shipping cost ($6) which will be deducted from the refund.

Customers outside the US are responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouses in the US or Latvia at their own cost for a full refund.

Customers in the US - To submit a return request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click here.

1. Log in to your account:
 -  In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

Customers outside the US:

Please contact us to determine location of nearest warehouse; you will need to provide receipt of shipment to us, at which point we can provide a full refund for your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items, or if an item is an approved return.

If your item arrived damaged or not as expected, please contact us within a week of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we'll resolve the issue for you ASAP! Please note we cannot address damaged/defective goods without photos fully showing the issue and of the full garment.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges - but if you'd like to try a different size, you may return the unworn item within 30 days for a refund (minus the cost of return shipping) and re-order in a new size. Please see above for how to request a return.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please refer to our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Although rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.

All Other Items Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless there are defects, damage or the wrong order was received.  Please contact us for any questions if you have issues after receiving your order.
