Clothing Shipping Policy: 

We fulfill orders through Printful, which has a flat rate shipping fee per item, calculated at checkout. Free shipping is offered for orders over $100 (USD). Please allow 1-4 business days for processing.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Shipping in the US typically takes 4-8 business days, but please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors. International orders may have extended delivery times due to customs clearance and other factors.

All Other Items (Accessories, Home Decor) Shipping Policy: 

You will receive tracking information when your order is processed. We ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. After your order is processed it will be shipped and you will be provided a tracking number. Please allow 3-4 business days for shipping.

Shipping FAQ

Can I get a tracking number?

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation via email once the order ships, which is currently 1-4 business days after placing an order.

I put in the wrong address!

If you are hoping to change your shipping address, we can do this for you, as long as the order hasn't been fulfilled - please be sure to provide us your Order # and full address so we can look into this for you. Unfortunately we can't be responsible for packages that have shipped to the wrong address, but we will do the best we can.

There's a problem with my order ☹️
If you are contacting us with a product quality issue, we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

My order is marked as delivered, but it's not here?
If your order is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please give it at least 48 hours - sometimes packages are scanned-in before they are dropped off. If it still doesn't arrive, please contact the courier that delivered the package or USPS to file a missing mail claim. As much as we'd like to, we can't assist you with filing claims with carriers, but we hope to do so in the future!
 
Since the tracking information confirms the order has been delivered to the address, we wouldn't be able to offer any coverage unless you have purchased Shipping Protection with your order, or if the carrier confirms that they've made an error. If provided, please kindly send us the proof from the carrier in writing where they confirm that there's been an issue on their part and we'll be glad to see how to proceed from there.

For International orders, please contact your local courier - as much as we'd like to, we can't assist you with filing claims with carriers, but we hope to do so in the future!

I think my package was stolen!
Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for missing / stolen packages (unless you added Shipping Protection to your order), but rest assured most packages turn up after filing a claim. Only packages that are lost in transit (not marked as delivered 7+ days after estimated delivery date) or returned to sender can be replaced or refunded.

I purchased Shipping Protection and I never got my package, what next?
