How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is calculated during checkoutΒ  - delivery is currently estimated at 4-8 business days, though this is only an estimate. Shipping is FREE on orders over $100! (Free shipping is available in the US only - international rates are calculated during checkout).

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 day returns, provided the item is unworn and in good condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping & restocking cost ($7.49) which will be deducted from the refund.

CustomersΒ outside the US are responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouses in the US or Latvia at their own cost for a full refund.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 1-4 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 4–8 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items - as mistakes do happen! If any of these apply, please contact us within a week of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we'll resolve the issue for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please refer to our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

We can offer you to return the unworn item and you may order an additional size, however customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and for the re-order.

Although rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.
