What is your return policy?

We offer 30 day returns, provided the item is unworn and in good condition. CustomerΒ isΒ responsible for return shipping cost ($6) which will be deducted from the refund.

CustomersΒ outside the US are responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouses in the US or Latvia at their own cost for a full refund.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● Europe: 6–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items - as mistakes do happen! If any of these apply, please contact us within a week of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we'll resolve the issue for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please refer to our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

We can offer you to return the unworn item and you may order an additional size, however customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and for the re-order.

Although rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.

I love everything I bought. I get a lot of comments on my Nap hoodie. I picked up some stuff for myself as well as some early Christmas presents in late Nov.

2 days after my transaction they had a big sale. I reached out not expecting anything. Caveat Emptor. But I asked if there was any way to get a rebate for the sale i just narrowly missed.

I got a refund of 30% off my purchase (the equivalent of the site wise sale) a few days later.

That was really cool. They didn't have to do that, but I appreciated it. That sort of thing builds loyalty. I've already purchased more since that happened.
