Once your order is produced, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, but please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom-printed nature of our items, we donβt offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size or change of mind. However, if thereβs something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within a week of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we'll resolve the issue for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If youβre unsure which size would fit better, please refer to our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Although rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If thatβs the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and weβll send you a new one or issue a refund.
Measure your head circumference with a non-stretchable measuring tape. Place the end of yourΒ tape on your forehead and wrap the rest around the back of your head, keeping it 1β³ (2.5 cm) above your ears. Pinch the spot where the tape meets the other end, lift the loop over your head, and note the measurement. Be as careful as possible to get the most precise measurement.
